On 2 May 2006 Glenn Hagele received notice from Michael West, US Bankruptcy Trustee for North Carolina, that an investigation of Hagele's allegations of bankruptcy fraud, malice, and acts of bad faith by Brent Hanson of LasikFraud.com have been forwarded to Richard Hutson, US Trustee for Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
