Brent Hanson of LasikFraud.com publishes Glenn Hagele's personal identity including name, address, date of birth, and Social Security Number

On his LasikFraud.com website Brent Hanson has published official documents that include the name, address, date of birth, and Social Security number of Glenn Hagele, and the name and Social Security number of Hagele's ex-wife.

Hanson has stated that this act is a direct result of Hagele providing information to the US Bankruptcy Administrator indicating that Hanson defrauded the bankruptcy court for the Middle District of North Carolina.

After the LasikFraud.com web host blocked access to the offending documents, Hanson moved his website to another web host. After that web host also shut down the website, the LasikFraud.com registrar locked the domain so Hanson was unable to move the website to another host. The website remained shut down for one week.

While Hanson's LasikFraud.com website was shut down, Hanson convinced a friend to publish the same documents on his website. Notification of this illegal activity resulted in the friend's web host shutting down the entire website until all documents were removed.

Hanson ostensively altered the documents on LasikFraud.com to hide Hagele's Social Security number. With this apparant compliance with federal law, the domain registrar and web host allowed LasikFraud.com to again appear on the Internet. In reality, Hanson had not hidden all instances of personal identification information and if a user printed the documents all redaction was removed, revealing all information in all locations. Hanson's LasikFraud.com website was again shut down by the website host and locked by the registrar.

Finally Hanson removed all offending documents from the LasikFraud.com and arranged for them to be published offshore at TheLasikFlap.com.Hanson links to the documents with Hagele's personal identity information published at TheLasikFlap.com from his LasikFraud.com website. TheLasikFlap.com is published by a host who advertises that they are immune to US law and the host is paid from an e-Gold account. This is identical to techniques Hanson attempted to use to hide ownership of websites created to defame William Boothe, MD. Hanson was found in contempt of court and sentenced to jail in that case.

Steps have been taken to mitigate the damage and limit the obvious threat of identity theft due to the acts of Hanson and others. The appropriate courts and FBI have been notified.
