  Dr. Boothe Victimized

When Brent Hanson of LasikFraud.com filed for bankruptcy in North Carolina, he listed as a creditor "William Booth" with the entire address consisting of "TX". It seems odd that Hanson cannot spell the name of the doctor who he had just weeks before filing for bankruptcy was with in a courtroom defending himself against contempt. It is really odd that he could not provide Dr. Boothe's address when a court order states that he must keep 500 feet away from it.

It is my opinion that the misspelling of Dr. Boothe’s name and lack of complete address was a deliberate act by Mr. Hanson to illegally limit Dr. Boothe’s rights as a creditor. I also believe that this act of subterfuge was calculated to assure that Mr. Hanson’s website ownership would not be revealed.

Mr. Hanson's defamation of Dr. Boothe included publication of statements about Dr. Boothe on Mr. Hanson's websites. If Dr. Boothe had been appropriately notified of Mr. Hanson's filing for bankruptcy protection, the absence of Mr. Hanson's valuable websites and domains would have most certainly been noticed by Dr. Boothe and reported to the court. It appears that Mr. Hanson not only attempted to defraud the court and to deny Dr. Boothe his rights as a creditor, but Mr. Hanson endeavored to deny Dr. Boothe his rights as a successful plaintiff in the Dallas case.

Brent Hanson's Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Filing
Take a look at Schedule F. Hanson spells the doctor's name "Booth" and puts as the entire address "TX".

Hanson Spells It "Booth" For Bankruptcy, but Gets It Right On Websites Defaming Dr. Boothe.
Interesting how Brent Hanson's ability to spell Dr. Boothe's name correctly is dependant upon who he is talking with.

Hanson Ordered To Stay 500 Feet Away, But He Forgets Address?!
Only a few weeks before filing bankruptcy, Brent Hanson of LasikFraud.com agrees to a permanent restraining order to stay away from Dr. Boothe, the doctor's home, office, staff, family, even lawyers, however Hanson conveniently fails to provide a proper address for notification of Dr. Boothe as a creditor being discharged under Hanson's bankruptcy.
