A North Carolina court has ordered a whistleblower’s
personal identity, including Social Security number,
be removed from multiple websites.
The order was subsequently vacated. A related civil lawsuit alleges
Lauranell “Nell” Burch,
PhD, a staff scientist at the National Institute
of Health (NIH), used secure government computer resources
to manage and hide ownership of the websites controlled
