A CyberBully is a person who uses the Internet to spread false, defamatory, manipulated, and prejudicial information against someone in an attempt to destroy their reputation.
Simply put: They lie on the Internet to hurt people.
Although Glenn Hagele and the organization he founded had nothing to do with their perceived difficulties, Brent Hanson,
and Lauranell Burch aka Nell Burch are attempting to CyberBully Glenn Hagele, founder and Executive Director of the Council for Refractive Surgery Quality Assurance (CRSQA, USAEyes.org). In these pages Glenn Hagele responds to some of the outrageous lies and half-truths perpetrated against him.
CyberBully Lie: "Glenn Hagele pursued by bill collector."
Absolutely untrue and defamation suit has been filed.
CyberBully Lie: "Glenn Hagele refused to pay child support."
Untrue manipulation of the facts.
CyberBully Lie: "Attorney General attempting to collect unpaid child support from deadbeat dad Glenn Hagele."
Absolutely, totally, unequivocally untrue.
CyberBully Lie: "Glenn Hagele pursued by Sacramento District Attorney."
Total misrepresentation of the facts, and old facts at that.
CyberBully Lie: "IRS is perusing Glenn Hagele for unpaid taxes."
Untrue. After fighting for nearly a decade, IRS finally recognizes their mistake and issues refund to Glenn Hagele. Yes, he won an argument with the IRS!
CyberBully Lie: "Glenn Hagele is bankrupt."
Twisted misrepresentation. Over 15 years ago and embroiled in a difficult divorce, a last resort bankruptcy saved the family home.
CyberBully Lie: "Glenn Hagele filed bankruptcy to thwart Attorney General collecting child support."
An impossible and stupid lie. Child support is not dismissible under bankruptcy laws.
CyberBully Lie: "Glenn Hagele purchased a mail-order Russian bride for $100,000."
Untrue and a double insult to Glenn Hagele's wife.
CyberBully Lie: "Glenn Hagele threatened to publish Social Security Numbers of patients."
Never happened, however Brent Hanson published Glenn Hagele's personal identity and Lauranell (Nell) Burch is promoting the location of Glenn Hagele's personal identity.
